about.
Justine Bodegård is a British mum of three living and writing in Oslo, Norway. Her love of reading began as a child (when she realised that hiding in her room with a book was the best way of avoiding chores like clearing the driveway of old leaves), and grew to the point where she decided that an English degree was the best possible excuse to spend three years reading books in bed.
After earning her BA in English from the University of Reading, she lived and worked in London—where she first started writing novels—until, in 2014 she moved to Norway as a 'kjærlighetsinnvandrer' (immigrant of love) and was adopted by beautiful Oslo.
When she's not drinking coffee, writing, or running around after her slightly feral children, you'll find her walking in the mountains or sitting by the sea, usually thinking about drinking coffee, writing, or her three slightly feral children.
